An overview of real estate appraisal approaches to value, valuation procedures, property description, residential applications, commercial applications, construction, home appraisal & appraisal math.

    Effective communication using the FannieMae forms & their 
USPAP requirements.

  Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
    The National USPAP Course.  15 hrs  for novice appraisers &

  Statistics Modeling & Finance
    New course written for the 2008 qualifying education.  
Provides students both a theory and practice of statistics, real estate finance, & valuation modeling for today's certified residential appraiser. This course includes basic statistical principles and common terms of financing

  Market Analysis & Highest and Best Use 
    New course for 2008. 
Identifying & analyzing market forces affecting buyers' & sellers' behavior is a key to understanding & reporting values. This course gives the appraiser the tools to properly collect & analyze market data. Text is AQB approved for qualifying education.

  Residential Site Valuation & Cost Approach

This course will give students valuable insight and a working knowledge of the various theories and methodologies for residential site values and the cost approach in everyday appraisal work.

Focuses on complex properties that include valuing unique and high end residential dwellings with substantial, and sometimes unique accessory structures & amenities. Makes strong use of case studies for discussion, analysis, & problem solving. 15 hrs. L/R/G/CE
  Residential Sales Comparison & Income Approaches
    New course for 2008.
Gain a basic understanding and knowledge of the residential sales comparison and income approaches. Includes valuation principles and procedures applicable to both approaches.
