In this course, we explore the basic functions of this
essential tool used by all real estate and appraisal professionals, the
HP-12C calculator. Regarded as state of the art in the industry, the HP-12C

different functions available including time value of money as well as cash
flow calculations. You will be exposed to numerous examples and practice
problems. Mastery of the HP-12C is crucial to your success in passing the
appraiser licensing and certification examinations.

various methods of costing.
